Lost tens of thousands of dollars due to negligence, incompetence and procrastination. Can you imagine hiring an attorney and still ending up with a default judgement! This was a slam dunk case and he could not put the pieces together in time and consistently lied about it. Would never hire this person who kept the money without even minimally doing his job!

I have relied on Erik Fisk's services multiple times, as have others I have referred to him. He gave me excellent advice on what to do and what to avoid in multiple cases involving finance, he was a strong advocate when dealing with opposing counsel, and he used his knowledge of the law to help me navigate situations I was unfamiliar with. Again, so subtley that the other side became fearful of trial and finally gave Mr. Fisk and I an acceptable amount for which we settled. They seemed unable to see or refused to accept that the law had been broken by them. Mr. Fisk changed their minds. He far out performed the opposing attorney.
