After picking up marijuana possession and paraphernalia charges earlier this year, my anxiety was through the roof. The prospect of the court dates and even potential jailtime were terrifying to me, so I went looking for a lawyer to help me through the process and minimize the potential consequences of my actions. They worked out a deal in my case where in return for the state dropping the charges, I completed the Marijuana Diversion Program and did community service, all of which was beneficial to me. In addition to that, Tom made it so I didn't have to go to any court appearances, which was something I was dreading.
