The receptionist I spoke with was extremely condescending. The general lack of kindness, compassion and willingness to help, made calling this office an unpleasant experience. If you're looking for guidance and reassurance I'd suggest spending your money elsewhere.

So far, she has been the best attorney. Straight forward, gets down to the point. She will tell you how its exactly going to go, and reassure the entire time.
