I own multiple rental properties in the Iowa City area and manage them myself. I’ve dealt with my share of evictions in the past but recently I enlisted the professional legal services of Julian West. I was in a little bit of a time crunch but was able to set up a consultation with him almost immediately. He was great to work with. He was efficient and explained everything in detail. I usually try to do some of my own research on legal matters, but he even gave me pertinent information I was unaware of and will use going forward. Even though I have been in the courtroom many times in the past, I was a little anxious about the upcoming hearing. I was going against the tenant’s lawyer, but Julian made me feel empowered and confident. I followed Julian's advice and the judge made the order in my favor.
