Steve is very informative and straightforward. If you want a business / real estate attorney, he's the guy.

Since the start of my case Mark has not returned my calls, has failed to remain in contact with me regarding the case and situation. He's not a mutual party at all, or in favor of my children's best interest as his involvement with my case his duties are to ensure the safety and well being of my children in which he has failed to do my entire case. I would not recommend him for any cases involving children, and his communication is very poor. I would have not even gave him one star if it was my choice. Very disappointed with performance from Mark J Neary and my case(s) involving my children.

Steve Kundel is a fine attorney and a down to earth human being. He spent extra time, even on his own, when we needed him. Even after estate was settled he answered some questions that arose. I'd highly recommend him.

If I could give a quarter star, I would. My mother hired this attorney due to her being the executor to my deceased granmother’s Estate. The only thing they did was give horrible advice and probate the will. Her niece is living at the estate with her immediate family against my mothers wishes or approval. The worst thing is the estate has no insurance and she can’t find anyone to insure it. This lawyer never listened and never helped my mother with anything but the probate. She is stuck now with heartache and grief.
