Lack of responsiveness and poor follow-up with potential clients
“I was informed they do indeed take these type of cases. It was Nothing serious. Speeding 66 in a 55. I was put off all 5 times. Told that the attorney was either on the phone, with a client, out of the office, in court... and to leave a message and I would be contacted immediately. Well, no one ever called me back.”
