Professional law service with good courtesy

A general practice that provides excellent service for estates. I am glad that Mr. Mike Kennedy has worked for my family.

I was very grateful they allowed me to hire them last minute, I was not able to find a Notary that would drive to my brothers Nursing Home. Their professionalism & customer service was excellent! During this unprecedented time, with Covid, the compassion they showed me was very much appreciated!

After finding this office online I made 5 phone calls to try and get representation for a simple traffic violation. I was informed they do indeed take these type of cases. It was Nothing serious. Speeding 66 in a 55. I was put off all 5 times. Told that the attorney was either on the phone, with a client, out of the office, in court... and to leave a message and I would be contacted immediately. Well, no one ever called me back. I don’t appreciate the lies. If your office didn’t want to take the case, don’t lead someone on. I contacted every attorney in the area and not a single attorney would represent me. I believe that the prosecutors office is giving these attorneys some sort of incentive to not represent anyone that has a traffic ticket to boost there fine collections and conviction rate! Worthless firm, worthless county!

I found Kennedy & Kennedy online after a friend of mine was arrested for marijuana possession. Kevin took the case for a very reasonable fee and immediately sprung into action. A few months later, they uncovered facts related to illegal behavior of the police during the stop. Kevin was able to explain all of this to the court and ultimately get the entire case dismissed.
