Poor responsiveness and communication with clients
“Stay away from this one! Hire a professional, with a staff (to answer the phone and bill correctly). With Jacquelyn you get her and her answering machine.. that's IT! After leaving messages for over 6 weeks with NO RESPONSE AT ALL from Jacquelyn I had to email the attorney that referred me to her to get a response.”
