People are accussing my man for hurting my son when he didn't I was there at home I have recently gotten off work and people are assuming I wasn't there and that I'm protecting him when I was home and I'm not protecting him I just want to prove that they were wrong for accusing him for something he didn't do. Please help us he has court next Monday and we're having a hard time can we please work out a payment we would like to get my son back and clear his name. Please spread the word if you can't help please.

I have been carefully considering a modification of my custody. I researched attorneys for hours on AVVO and picked three with good ratings to call today. Amanda's website is so informative and told me a lot before I even called her. When I called the office this morning, her assistant was kind, patiently listened to my situation and offered insight that I didn't receive from the others. It was nice to have someone answering the phone who didn't just transfer me to a voicemail. Amanda's retainer is just slightly higher, but in this instance I think you get what you pay for! When I am ready to file, I am going with them!

Amanda handled a child custody/visitation modification for me. She is very knowledgeable, and experienced. She is careful not to guide you into doing something you don't want to do.
