I injured my lower back loading a defective "Go-Cart" into a semi-trailer. I was then asked to fill out a workman's comp. report for the first time in my life. I went to see my Doctor and was also sent to a company Doctor. About one week later I met with Nick to see if he would take my case. My case was long and complicated with numerous Doctor visits. Nick always kept me updated and was always available to answer any questions. A big thank you to Nick's assistants Cynthia and Linda they were always professional in all the phone calls. After about 2 years and 3 months, I am at settlement time with a 60% disability in my lower back. I am very grateful that I found Nick to represent me, and I can't say enough good things about him. I had a work injury in 2016 and in my case nobody wanted to help us out due to being ilegal here in the United States but Nick didnt care about my legal situtation here in the US and he made my rights count. When you get hurt and already had a TON of things to manage, it's overWHELMING. Being able to have the providers talk to Platt Law Firm was a relief in itself. Nick is a straight-forward person; just the kind of communication I prefer so I can navigate around clear expectations. If it had not been for his taking my case, I would have just been hurt, had my viability of that joint change permanently, and thought I had to deal with that on my own.
