In all honesty I had a lawyer that was going to take my case, however after a few weeks of not returning my calls, I chose to look elsewhere. Upon a Google search I came across this agency, gave the secretary a quick summary of what I needed and was directed to Erik Bair. In no time he took my case after explaining everything in detail and the possible outcomes. He worked with me keeping me updated as much as possible and walked me through all the paperwork. If I had a question it was answered. Needed help? He was there. I couldn't have been given a better person to represent me and help me with my case. I felt extremely well taken care of and just knew this guy was a professional. It is slightly disappointing that our case has been settled so we must part ways. But from my personal experience, if you need a damn good guy to get you taken care of, reach out to this gentleman you won't regret it!

My husband and I needed to update our wills. My financial planner recommended two different firms. We used Walker, Billingsley & Bair to make that goal happen. We set up a trust for our properties, POA, and made our medical wishes known. These documents will make the estate process clear for our children when this becomes necessary.
