I called asking for representation that I would need in two weeks time. The office took all of my information and asked several questions about my case. I never received a call back and when I reached back out to follow up, I was told, "We dropped the ball on this". I was also told that Stuart received my information and forwarded it to his associate to follow up with me. His associate did not follow up. I was then unable to secure representation in time for my hearing.

Higgins law firm took my case when no one else did! He was amazing, diligent, hard working, never gave up (even when things didn't look good); he kept me updated all the way and was HONEST with me. When I first called, Candace answered the phone and was so thoughtful, kind and she listened to me. I can't say enough good things about this firm and I would definitely recommend him 100%!!

Was absolutely amazing through the whole process always kept me informed on what was happening. He is the absolutely best and I would never go through anyone else for legal advice! The receptionist that answers and gave me some advice and relayed my questions to Mr.Higgins in the beginning was an absolute sweet heart! They are all so kind and thoughtful 💕

I have to say, I have never felt so much support during one of the most difficult times in my life than I have from Grant. He stays on top of not only my case, but checks in with me to ensure I'm ok, same goes for Stuart. Candice was amazing during my intake. Words cannot begin to describe how amazing this office is. I have complete trust that they have and always will have my best interest at heart, and that means the world.

Higgens law firm was very compassionate and caring the legal secretary Candice was very knowledgeable and she took her job very personal went above and beyond with listening and offering advice also made sure she followed up with every contact I made even when the lawyer had already called she still made sure and did follow up calls she never told me anything that she wasn't sure of and she was full of compassion thanks Candice and thank Stuart without you I would have never gotten thru such a difficult time !
