Great people so kind and great customer service

I highly recommend Higgins Law firm to anyone who has dealt with unemployment issues. Stuart was extremely helpful and professional and gave me piece of mind through the entire process that I went through.

I had a legal concern. I called Stuart during the day but he was busy. I assumed I wouldn't get a call back from him until the next day. Instead though he called me after hours to let me set up a time the next day to talk. The next day came and he was prompt with the time he said he would call. Immediately I liked talking with him. He was very easy to talk with. He listened to everything I had to bring up and answered everything thoroughly. Even though he was swamped with other people at the same time he never rushed me or made me feel like a number. He could have just answered a few of my questions and been done. There was a question or two that he wanted to double check or look a little into and he did and then reached back out to me. Again all of this while he was swamped. Eventually all questions and concerns were answered and we started off the subject talking for a while. It felt more like talking with a friend with a few laughs. I absolutely would recommend Stuart because he does what you would expect a good attorney to do but also goes above and beyond what you would expect a good attorney to do.

I had never before used an attorney to get compensation for all that I went through after being the victim of a motor vehicle accident. Stuart Higgins and his assistant, Candace, were positive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the process of the settlement. All of my questions were answered and they worked hard for me. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them as an excellent resource for legal issues. I cannot thank them enough.

Stuart helped me in the hardest time of my life. My job, relationship with my child, my mental health was on the line when I was wrongfully accused of a crime that would of changed my life forever if convicted. I saw a lot of lawyers before deciding to go with Stuart and my big thing was is I'm not a criminal so the court system is a mystery to me. Not only did he explain how things were gonna go well in a way I could and anyone could understand he was very sympathetic of my situation. He worked on a payment plan with me to help me afford the defense I desperately needed. With all of the other amazing things Stuart did for me one thing mattered and that was winning. And that's EXACTLY what Stuart did for me! So not only was he super helpful and human.. he was also very effective. I would recommend him to anyone and will be doing so for as long as he's in business. I don't do online reviews EVER, but I wanted to share my story and show how much Stuart and his lawfirm helped me. Thank you for saving my life Stuart!

My experience with Stuart began, like most of you, with an injury. It sounds simple, but my case could not have been more complicated and personal. Stuart spoke with my husband and I and took such great care and time listening and then researching and even more, ACCOMPLISHING the seemingly impossible task of proving pain that can't be x-rayed and delivering compensation equal to it. Me. Higgens is wonderful. Felt like I had family helping me threw a long process. I would recommend this law form to any one. I am glad i choice then over the other it really made a difference. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
