I'm on my 3rd garnishment with McCormick and I have to say I've always been able to reach someone in office ( if within the office hours) and everyone has been courteous and willing to help, Now mind you these gar ishments leave my 2 wk paychecks little less then $600 take home pay I can't blame them for me not paying my bills , if I can give one piece of advise for anyone who gets a letter to garnish wages RESPOND RESPOND RESPOND to any collection. Effort they will work with you. But once filed in court only way to request payment options is file a MOTION with the courts requesting what it is your wanting .. the courts are fair .. but again can't stress enough to RESPOND RESPOND RESPOND .. this shows good faith effort ..AND YOU DONT NEED AN ATTORNEY TO DO THAT ...

Erica is extremely rude and unprofessional, she should not be in customer service. I would not recommended this law firm!

AS SOMEONE FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF A MCCORMICK AND ASSOCIATES CASE, WE WERE TO TO PAY THEM ON BEHALF OF THEIR CLIENT. IT TOOK NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS OVER 2 MONTHS (AFTER A JUDGEMENT WAS MADE) AT CONTACTING THEIR OFFICE, BOTH BY PHONE AND EMAIL, TO ALLOW US TO PAY THEM. IF YOU ARE A CLIENT, YOU MAY WANT TO EXPECT TO WAIT FOR YOUR MONEY, SINCE IT IS NOT IMPORTANT TO THEM TO TAKE PAYMENTS WHICH SOMEONE IS TRYING TO MAKE WILLINGLY.

The worst place there is, from Peyton to another lady there, they are all stuck up bihs!!!! I hope this place gets what they deserve, and that little building meets Mr fireman!!

These people come after me for $1900 for something that happened 4 years ago??!! y'all are worthless excuses for human beings if you think this is ok to do to people. and to think I serve my country to protect scum like y'all. Dont ever go to these people for anything. don't recommend this place to anyone. Typical WDM rich people who have nothing better to do then steal from the real hard working people.

I will be reporting this law office as they do not follow the iowa law on cap on how much can be garnished according to yearly income! They send employer court papers with a date the garnishment is supposed to end however by that time I will have paid over $400 more than what the cap is according to Iowa law and $200 more of what I owe on my balance. I don't understand how they can get away with this and if we want to get our money back that they have taken more of than we would have to hire a lawyer and go through that whole process. They are Crooks! Plus I've asked for itemized statement from them have not gotten one or have not heard anything back from the office. Also requested a phone number of the place that I owed the debt to whom they are collecting and they were unable to provide me with a phone number. I'm almost wondering if the place I owe money to even exist anymore seems being that the debt that they are collecting is over 10 years old. they should have never even contacted me about it they should have just put it on my credit report.

Need to call to make payment so they won't put lien on wages? Good luck I have just spent 4 hours trying to call into their office. No answers. Is this a trick to squeeze more money from people?

I have to leave my review here everyone take it to heart these people are greedy they make six-figure incomes and pay 0% in taxes these people don't give a care about people they put an eviction on my record in the state of Iowa that's their permanently. And I lived with a slumlord back in 2018 and my apartment caught fire thanks to these doofuses. If you are in the state of Iowa God help you for going to these people these people are going to be judged at the end of the Earth by God for doing the devil's work. If I was down there I would go to their office attorney's office and start praying and reading the Bible those people need to hear the scripture they don't go to church they're filthy and evil minions that does the devil's work. But for all the people that have to deal with them God Lord help you guys cuz these people don't give a care about a human soul it's lightning their pockets. That's why I will never return to the state of Iowa they they kicked me out of Iowa completely cuz I'm not going back down there and moving every 5 months because of these idiots thank you that's my amendment to freedom of speech

I received a wage garnishment from this firm with no serving of papers and therefore no heads up. It’s garnishing nearly $800/paycheck and right before the holidays. Stunned and disappointed to say the least.
