Didn't do the job expected of them Gretchen Jenson isn't professional at a hearing simply because she knows nothing about her clients. Stephanie does the work but not at all very good. Simply disappointed in their firm. You literally wait so long for a hearing only to have her completely blow it.

I can’t thank Shannon Schuehle with Schott and Mauss for helping me during the most difficult time in my life with several injuries I’ve been having. Whenever I wanted to give up Shannon always calmed me down and was there to help me every step of the way. Even staff at the office were so patient and kind with me. When we got the approval that we won I cried happy tears knowing my pain had finally been validated.

Gretchen Jensen was amazing! She accommodated me with getting a sign language interpreter for the hearing. She also was very compassionate when it came to my PTSD diagnosis. She reassured me and met with my mom and I for an hour before the hearing to calm my nerves. She was also very knowledgeable about P.O.T.S and EDS. I was referred to her by another POTS and EDS sufferer. Thank you Gretchen for your support and compassion.

Filing for disability benefits can be a long, discouraging process. The fact that Schott Mauss took my claim made me feel my claim was worthy and would ultimately succeed. I know people who have given up after the first rejection of their claim. Schott Mauss was encouraging to me and made the process less stressful. It was reassuring to me to be working with people who thoroughly know the system.
