These people are beyond greedy and all they care about is collecting their checks. It seemed like a good idea to work with them 18 months ago, when this all started, but I am deeply regretting going with Innovation Refunds now. Stay clear of these people.

It's been more than a year, and still nothing! We are preparing a lawsuit to deal with the fact your entire team was negligent and cost our business. Your errors have caused our business to suffer and if there are other businesses out there who are reading this message, look me up and join. We could have chosen anyone, but Innovation Refunds and received our funds by now. This is disgraceful and your approach of not having any executive team member reach out to me or our family, is shameful.

Disappointing & Unprofessional. Avoid! My "file" is now over 6 months old and no one can give me an update besides a generic email response. The representatives assigned as my "Account Executives" have been changed multiple times without any notification from the company. After trying to get a response for a month I finally get through to someone who tells me both "Acct Execs" are in different depts now and she'll see if she can get my file assigned to someone else!? What? The entire process has been unprofessional from day 1. At this point I don't even know of they've actually filed any amended returns on my behalf. Avoid this company if you can.

We had contract with Innovation and they did some jobs and left the last one open, nobody answers to our emails or phone or finalize their jobs

I was impressed with the high level of knowledge, experience , and professionalism that Innovation Refunds offered.

I've give 0 stars if I could. Called for hours a days for a few a days could not get anyone and let a message and no one returned the call. The person on whom I was dealing number no longer works. Need I say more.

1 start is way too much credit. impossible to communicate with. never returns calls, never returns emails and no need to wait on hold = they never pick up the phone. it has been over 5 months i completed application and only received 1 email from this mystery Matt. Since then i have sent over 14 emails and called 21 times. with ZERO responses.

Excellent service, they walked me through each step. Emilie Ball was a tremendous help, she kept in touch while we were waitng and kept us informed as to the status. I would highly recommend reaching out to them and let them give ypu a hand
