I was doubtful that our business would receive the ERC refund since we are a cleaning supply business that prospered during Covid. With skepticism, I began gathering the needed data thinking that even a small ERC amount would be worth the effort. I was assigned several Innovation Refunds employees (Merissa Lovan, Lourdes Quintero and Eddie Miller) that helped me beyond words collecting all the necessary data. They were in constant contact with me and answered all my questions during the process. There are many companies that claim to help you receive your ERC payment but I cannot imagine another company being as helpful and simplifying the process as much as Innovation Refunds.

My business partnered with Nicholas Asjes and Zak Steib at Innovation Refunds to secure our Employee Retention Credit. Admittedly, I was unsure at first. I'd heard about various scams, but I stumbled upon Innovation Refunds after doing a lot of research. It was a smooth, easy and hassle free experience thanks to these two team members. They were highly responsive, very knowledgeable and proactive. The money we received is helping us expand and grow in new directions and it wouldn't have been possible without this company. Initially I was going to go through my payroll company to apply for the ERC however, that did not go as planned.
