Recommendation of license to practice law to be revoked. I recommend you look elsewhere for legal representation. Can’t believe license has not been revoked yet.

He is the best,he helped my husband and like the others have said worked every angle and got a better outcome than we thought possible I highly recommend him.

I don't know what to start with or what to say so I'll just say what I feel. Ben is the Iowa law version of Brendan Fraser. Meaning he's kind but straight forward but still approachable. Not like the other d*** head lawyers I've met. For a fair price he got me my freedom back where 5 different lawyers couldn't. I don't see how anyone could go wrong choosing Ben for your attorney! So I highly recommend and highly rate him! 5 out of 5 stars from me and my family to his firm!

I went to Ben due to the positive reviews from other folks. My charge was minor though it could have been much worse. I followed Ben's advice and he worked out a deal where I could get the charge dropped. This was way beyond what I had expected for the outcome. I did have to show up for pre-trial but he handled everything himself. All I did was wait in the lobby while he worked out the deal and then notified me of the details. Done! It took all but 20 minutes and I was on my way - I didn't have to speak to a judge or the prosecutor. I will not have to return to court as long as I meet my obligations defined by the county attorney. He always picked up the phone or responded to my emails. He's a very good lawyer! I would highly recommend him if you are facing any legal trouble. He will be straight forward with you without making promises he cannot keep but he's very experienced and pretty much knows what can and cannot be done. Thanks again, Ben!
