Myself having never sought out an attorney or sought out legal advice, My consultation and advice was promptly answered and satisfied all my inquiries. My questions and concerns were reviewed among Hopes colleagues to accumulate the best of their advice and got back to me and one day. I'm greatly appreciative.

My lawyer was Jennifer. Two stars because she had legal expertise I did not, filed the paperwork on time, and her paralegal was great. However, communication was poor. It was like pulling teeth to get the information I needed and I felt like I had to be downright rude to get any real response. She did zero prep work or submitting any kind of evidence for my case. I honestly think she'd have screwed me entirely if I hadn't called her out on taking advantage of someone in a vulnerable situation. I really wasn't happy with how things played out. I had at one point asked for a referral so I could make a will and take care of that stuff in case something happened to me but they never got back to me and I let it go because I'm thinking now that's a blessing.

Great Law Firm!!! I am so pleased with Hope Law. I needed a lawyer for my divorce. Jordan was assigned to my case. She is very professional and did a great job for me. There are better family lawyers. Carr and Wright lawfirm have given me better information to fix the mistakes that were made by not Informing the customer (me) about important information with my case with this lawfirm.

I was in a car accident, and when I called they were very welcoming and more than happy to look into my situation and wanna work with me! My lawyer Shannon and her colleague Christi took great care of me! At the beginning of my case, I was still very unable to drive a vehicle let alone be in one, and they were easy to accommodate me, and came to my home to discuss everything in person! I also had over the phone conversations with Shannon, you can tell she actually cares about her clients and them getting what they deserve! She was persistent with the case, and cared to listen to how I felt and the trauma the accident had left me with. I would absolutely recommend Hope Law Firm to anyone !

I highly recommend the attorney/ legal assistant team of Jordan/ Bronwyn. They were immediately responsive to my request for assistance and with all follow-up communication. I had no idea of the steps of a divorce. After mediation, I thought it might have been too late to do anything, except to get a legal opinion. Jordan gave me some legal insight to my case, as well as to the current timeline in Polk County Iowa Courts. She gave me some needed leverage, as I negotiated some concessions, after mediation. VERY HELPFUL!

Jennifer Russell and Alyssa Dowick are the best. They have been a ray of sunshine in a very dark time. I appreciate all of the dedication and going out of their way to communicate. Jennifer called me while on vacation, now who does that? She did. She has a very calming and reassuring demeanor which was so welcome when I needed it most. Alyssa has been attentive as well and has a very pleasant aura as well. What a team; I feel very lucky to have found them.

This law firm is awesome to work with. They are very understanding and efficient. It was nice to have someone that you can feel free to ask questions and they respond back in a timely fashion. You could tell that they actually listened to you regarding your concerns. We were very pleased with this firm.
