Gina was very nice to deal with.

I went through a messy divorce in 2010 which hope law firm got me through in amazing fashion.....but that’s not why I’m writing this..... I am currently in process of selling my home. I was told that I could not do so because of a lien against my name. Apparently after paying off my ex wife, she never filed a “satisfaction of payment” with the courts, causing the PAID debt to remain as a lien on my name. I called hope law firm (8 years later) and though my lawyer no longer worked there, a mrs. keul was able to help me out. I can not say enough good things about this.... by far the best customer service experience in years. Anyways, she worked with my real estate reps and was able to get everything cleared so I could sell my current home in 2018. They got a random call from me out of the blue 8 years after working with them and they just solved everything like I walked in yesterday. There was no charge. There was genuine concern for the situation. The amount of effort and work that went into this was tremendous. My experience with hope law firm was just incredible. Thank you Mrs Keul!! My family is eternally grateful. God bless!!
