I can recommend this firm and specifically Jennifer Russell. She is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and supportive as we navigated my case. Things were always filed or performed in a prompt manner and my questions were always answered. I felt that a resolution to my case was just as important to Jennifer as it was to me, and I really appreciated being able to trust her like that. Great knowledge on what is possible when settling stipulations and really goes to work for you and has your best interests a priority. Anything that needs done, is done quickly and efficiently. Very well organized and she is on the ball with all paperwork and deadlines.

Having to deal with a divorce is the most scariest thing in the world, especially when there are children, assets, and debts involved. I did my research and asked for advice from my friends that have gone through the Big D. I hired Charlotte to represent me. My divorce was not your normal divorce, due to the ex that hired a lawyer; that I am not sure how this individual passed the bar or still has his license. Charlotte took the time and had the patients to explain to me the legal terms and worked through the low points of the divorce. She calmed my nerves. I have and will always recommended her to anybody that is going through divorce due to she tells you the good, the bad and the ugly. She is honest and straight forward.

Divorce is not an easy process. There’s uncertainty, fear, and many other overwhelming emotions. Katie and Shelby did an excellent job of taking care of my needs in a patient and respectful manner. The firm works with their clients on payment schedules, setting practical goals, and treating every client fairly! I would highly recommend!

We turned to Hope Law Firm when we were served Child Custody Modification papers. We were directed to Katie Naset as our Child Custody Modification Attorney. And we could not be more happy that we got her. We were served papers from the other parent wanting full custody, child support..the works. (from an original Joint Custody Decree) . They were convinced they were the better parent. Katie was simply AMAZING and helped us keep my son exactly where he should be. With both parents equally and in the same school district he had been in for 5+years since he began school. The other party was very demanding and assumed everything was going to go their way. Katie fought for us, knows child custody law and made sure my son stayed with me equally and I didn't just become "part time" / weekend parent like the other party so desperately wanted and was certain they were going to get. If this ever comes up again I without a doubt would hire Katie Naset as my attorney and would recommend ANYONE going through a child custody case or modification to do so. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 5 Stars IS NOT ENOUGH!
