No integrity.

Provided step-by-step guidance to ensure we were proactive where possible. He explained the process in a manner that I was able to understand and was very patient in answering questions. He met with me within a day or two and gave me "homework" to complete before we met to discuss the case. He asked detailed questions about my circumstances and carefully reviewed the information I had gathered. We talked through and considered various possible approaches to resolution at length; including potential risks/benefits, and the predicted most likely outcome. He wanted to provide me with everything necessary for making a truly informed decision on how I wished to proceed. What I especially appreciated was that with each option provided, he was also able to predict the outcome with great accuracy because of his experience in practice and understanding of Iowa law. Being able to anticipate and/or know what to expect throughout and as result of the processes explained by an experienced, knowledgeable attorney that was willing to predict the outcome accurately waa very comforting during a difficult time. That confidence was exactly what I needed in that moment. The outcome was exactly as planned and I could not be more grateful for the manner in which Mr. Duffy managed the care or the outcome!
