Scott assisted me with an issue regarding an improper denial of a weapons permit. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful - I would have never expected the level of commitment to solving my minor issue that I received. What I presumed might take two or three months to deal with was taken care of in only a couple weeks with his expertise.
