I retained Craig's services back in 2018. He helped me file for divorce. He handled the entire process professionally and expedited the whole ordeal. We were able to settle out of court and the break was clean. I was given weekend visits with my children and the divorce was amicable. Fast forward to 2024. I wasn't happy with the children's living situation with their mother and her current situation. The children seemed emotionally unstable and unhappy at their new school after relocating several times. So once again I called upon Mr. Cole to set forth the motion to gain residential custody of my children. To be honest with you, I didn't think it was gonna be possible but to my astonishment Craig came through like a beast and was able to talk my ex-wife into signing the kids over to me. It's was quick and painless. We only had to step into the courtroom briefly to speak with the judge and go over formalities. Now my children are thriving at their new school, and are currently asleep in bed under my roof. Now that's peace of mind. Which is all I've ever wanted for the last 10yrs. You can't put a price on that. Excellent legal services, very personable and professional. Thank you Craig, and to his hard working secretary as well. Thank you!!

Super helpful and kept me up to date on everything with my case!

If I could give no stars I would. I’m glad to read that some people have a great experience with Mr. Cole, however it seems there is a divide when it come to his court appointed clients. My brother in law is sitting in jail due to very poor representation. Mr. Cole was given several pieces of evidence he never used, witnesses he never talked to, and is closing statement was incredibly inadequate. All of the evidence proved he didn’t do what he was accused of. Now he has basically washed his hands of everything. I sure hope that his next client is better taken care of.

If you have trouble, call Mr. Cole. He will handle it. Out of 5 stars, I'd give him a 10.

If I could give more stars I would! All I can say is if you want an attorney that is there for you and empathizes with your situation HIRE Mr. Cole! I hired him for my custody case and he got me EXACTLY what I have been praying I’d have for years! He is quick to respond to emails, calls and texts. He always kept me in the loop anytime he got new information on my case. I cannot praise this man enough! I hope he never retires so I always have him in my corner if needed!

Mr. Cole is fantastic. Very professional. Listened to my concerns, kept me updated, and in the loop, very down to earth and friendly. Helped me get a parenting plan established so I can see my son. I am forever thankful for the service he provided and will definitely use him again if the need arises! Thank you!

Craig did an amazing job in my case. we left the court room with my custody reinstated!! He did the job with little time to prepare and I couldn't have found a better lawyer around these parts!!
