This man will not talk to you himself. He will have you talk to his secretary, who has zero law experience. She will promise you the world. He will not deliver. Ever. I gave him all the information I had, and he used only the bits he wanted. We lost. I had a full defense laid out for this man. He didn’t use any of it. His secretary told me they had already applied for everything needed to do a an appeal at the Topeka Supreme Court level on the phone, only to have her text me the next day saying I would need to appeal with a different lawyer. Don’t use this guy. My dad was a lawyer, not in the same town. I spent my whole life listening to him talk to people off hours when they needed him. Dude wouldn’t talk to me what-so-ever. Took my money, promised the world, not only didn’t deliver but didn’t take the case as far as he said he would for the money I gave him
