“This man will not talk to you himself. He will have you talk to his secretary, who has zero law experience.”

Failure to fully utilize client's defense strategy
“He didn't use any of it. His secretary told me they had already applied for everything needed to do a an appeal at the Topeka Supreme Court level on the phone, only to have her text me the next day saying I would need to appeal with a different lawyer.”
