Did not return phone calls. Did not provide vital information needed. Might be a public defender but tax money provides him a salary and he should at least do his job. I do not recommend.

Worst court appointed lawyer & he is primary choice of Jackson County Judges. Doesn't care or even try. Same result for all clients. No effort whatsoever. My daughter got more penalties than drug dealers or assault cases for misdemeanor traffic.

Richard lake is a very unprofessional and rude individual. I called him because my son would like to come visit me and be allowed to go to his grandmother's funeral in less than 3 weeks and he wouldn't let me hardly speak to get my point across. This man is extremely rude and inconsiderate. Mr lake is a disrespectful individual who apparently has zero values but I guess I shouldn't be surprised about that coming from a criminal defense lawyer.

Very great defense attorney and I highly recommend using Lake Law for all your criminal cases. He is very blunt and to the point but he does exactly what he says he will do and handles the cases with ease.
