Unprofessional and rude behavior towards clients
“Richard lake is a very unprofessional and rude individual. I called him because my son would like to come visit me and be allowed to go to his grandmother's funeral in less than 3 weeks and he wouldn't let me hardly speak to get my point across. This man is extremely rude and inconsiderate.”

Lack of effort and care for clients
“Worst court appointed lawyer & he is primary choice of Jackson County Judges. Doesn't care or even try. Same result for all clients. No effort whatsoever.”
