Limited scope of legal services offered
“Really nice people that want to help! However, there are few legal situations they can help with. No family law, no illegal evictions, but customer service was amazing ...there just isn't much they can do despite the desire to help.”

Inconsistent and unreliable communication
“I waited for 2 months for an appt with someone to hear me out and legally advised me. The person who was suppose to call me didn't, she sent me an email and I responded with seconds, call her several times that day and week. No answer over the phone or email.”
