Three years ago, I hired an attorney (not Mike Schilling) to file suit on a business owner who had failed to pay my company once the project had been completed. After a full year of working with this said attorney, he/she never ended up filing a lawsuit after I had been told differently. Immediately following, I contacted Mike Schilling, Law, Inc. in regard to the situation. I fired the first attorney and hired Mike Schilling. Within one day, Mike Schilling had a lawsuit filed against the business. Unfortunately, the business Mike Schilling had filed suit against went bankrupt and I was informed I had reached a dead end. After contemplating what to do, I asked Mike if he would be interested in filing suit against my previous attorney. I wanted a suit filed against the previous attorney for not filing a law suit in a timely manner and prior to the business going bankrupt. Once again, Mike immediately went to work. I thought it would be a stretch, but Mike was able to get my company a settlement FAST!!!! I am more than amazed at Mike’s professionalism, knowledge, and promptness. Thank you Mike Schilling and staff! It is greatly appreciated!!! WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND.
