Chris Joseph and team are absolutely the best. I admit I was a little worried until the sentencing summation was done by Chris. In the sentencing summation Chris tied down any argument by the county attorney against probation. In fact, I've never seen our county attorney be so cordial. Within the first two pages, Chris stated that there was another known felony drug dealer in the same house as our son. Our son thought he was helping this person get back on track to being a good citizen. He had the name, case # and pertinent info to this person. Just the sentencing summation was worth the money. Of course, Chris and team did much more than that over our nine month ordeal. If you want a good judge to get a person or friend off of a charge you do not think is right, Please contact Joseph, Hollander & Craft. Hire this man! Seriously!! JUST DO IT! My husband and I were snagged in law mess that could have landed both of us in jail for a very long time. Hell, with my rap sheet (crazy time in my twenties) I really could have been sent to prison. Chris immediately found several ways our civil rights were violated. It took almost a year, but all charges against us were dismissed. DROPPED! I could go on and on with all the things I love about this rockstar lawyer. But I’ll limit myself to this: Chris will give it to you straight and talk to you like he is your friend. We never felt any judgement or condemnation from him. That is something that you rarely find when you’ve been snagged in the legal system. He respected us and fought for us when it seemed like all the odds were stacked against us. We had his cell phone number from the very start and any question or concern (and there were many!) was answered almost immediately. He was confident from the start and everything he told us proved to be true. My husband and I felt like we would win our case in trial and were prepared to go the long haul. We are still speechless that within a few days of the submission of our motion to suppress, all charges against us have been dropped. The best advise I was ever given was to hire Chris to represent us. If you need someone to get you out of a legal crapstorm, you have to hire Chris. Just do it. I promise you won’t be sorry.
