Austin handled my auto / uninsured motorist case against my own insurance. I was involved in a hit and run that completely totaled my car and put me in the hospital and they initially tried to deny my claim. I knew I was not being treated fairly so I reached out to people I knew for opinions on an attorney. Austin and this firm were recommended to me and they could not have been more right. Austin worked SO hard on my case and was very communicative and explained every step and bit of legalese. He had my back when my insurance doubled down with their refusal and again when they gave me a truly offensively low settlement offer. In the end, I got an incredibly generous settlement and the attorney fees were very reasonable. Austin and his team did everything they could to move things as fast as possible since I was moving out of state at this time as well. I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone else more.
