Mr. Crabtree handled a personal injury case for us. He always always answered his phone when I contacted him and answered all of our concerns. He has never contacted us about the case. It has been almost one year. We have to be doing the calls and follow up. Most times our calls were never returned. I feel like I could do a better job in representing my family. I don't feel like he cares about the case and our interest.
