Mr. Girard was great, came in with an uncommon name issue on my citizenship certificate that was preventing me from getting my driver’s license transferred from California to Kansas. Within the consultation time Mr. Girard was able to research and determine why this had not been an issue in California and provided me with a very clear written explanation that I was able to take to the DMV and resolve my problem.
