I will leave a honest review not because I feel I was misrepresented or anything but my truth She is damn good in family court val can be ruthless when needed however don't ask her any questions or she will drop you as a client and leave you with nothing like you found her. Again val is damn Good but 80$ a question with little info given about your case isn't worth your time if you are being alienated by the other parent

Absolutely loved working with Amy Vinton. She handled the Guardianship procedure for our special needs son, and created our living trust that included a special needs trust within it. She’s easy to work with, affordable, and she explains all the “legal speak” so you really understand what’s going on. I highly recommend Vinton Moore.

Dawn has the kindest soul and was truly so supportive along the way. The process was explained in great detail every step of the way. Thanks ladies for making a difficult time manageable. Regarding Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney Amy Vinton had already provided sound advice and council when I was seeking help for my mother - as to whether we needed a Will ar Powers of Attorney. We decided not to make a will but to list the beneficiaries in each financial asset my mother owned. We also drew up a financial power of attorney and a medical power of attorney for momma that proved to be quite valuable. And now my wife and I were considering whether we needed a will or a trust. Again, with coaching we decided to go wtih a will along with medical and financial powers of attorney. Amy is quite detailed and addresses issues that would be left hanging if one went with an on line generic will or power of attorney. Amy worked hard to keep fees reasonable and to shape financial documents to meet our needs. Thanks Amy

Gave one star because I couldn't give zero. I recommend you avoid this place like the plague. Valerie was "my daughters" attorney during a divorce and child custody agreement. Not only did my daughter NOT get what she asked for, there were numerous paperwork errors by Valerie or her staff (like incorrect DOB's for at least one of the children despite us writing it down correctly, or whole paragraphs of *required* legalese that were missing from the documents) that she charged us extra to correct.... even though the mistake(s) were on their side. The retainer we paid was gone in a heartbeat and she constantly asked for more money, and refused to provide us with documentation when we asked where the money went. The absolute worst part though, which we still don't understand how this was allowed, was that the other party in the lawsuit would call or email her.... and despite the fact she was supposed to be MY DAUGHTER's attorney and represent MY DAUGHTER's best interests, she didn't tell the other party she couldn't help them. Instead she did help them, advise them (again, how is this allowed?)..... THEN CHARGED MY DAUGHTER FOR IT... I still don't understand how that is ok, but when questioned Valerie said my daughter was financially responsible "for all matters related to the case"... even questions from the other party named in the lawsuit it seems. So not only will you not get what you want, not only will you get charged for administrative errors that THEY make, but you'll also get charged for advice she gives to the opposing party in the lawsuit, even though she claims to be *your* attorney. Avoid, avoid, avoid. A genuinely awful and costly experience all around. No wonder lawyers get a bad name.... Valerie was just awful.

Amy has helped me with a couple different legal matters in the last few years. She helped me with the adoption of my son and was always available for the many questions I had. It was the biggest and most important legal matter of my life, not to mention the most stressful, and I would not have trusted just any attorney. I knew, by the end of our first meeting, that she was completely trustworthy and an expert in adoption law. She was also honest and so kind. I could relax because I knew she would take care of both of us and she most certainly did. I easily refer her on to anyone I know looking to adopt. After the completion of my son's adoption, it was time for me to do some estate planning. Amy was my first call. She took all the time I needed to sit down and hash through my situation. I have some unusual things to take into account and she easily worked around them and found the best way for me and my family. I expected it to be a more stressful and uncomfortable conversation but Amy has a way of putting you at ease. I'm not sure there is any legal issue I wouldn't first check with Amy on! She might refer me on to someone else if it isn't her area of expertise but she is "my lawyer" so she will always get the first phone call. Amy, thanks for all that you do, for so many families just like mine. I am thankful to have found you and I will happily continue to refer you on!

Amy has been there for me and my family in every situation possible. She has always been kind, caring, attentive, understanding, and unbelievably knowledgeable. No matter what time of day or night I have an issue or a question she's there for me. There is nobody in this world that I would trust my life or my child with. She has put so much time into caring about me and my family that I feel she is apart of our family. I couldn't be more grateful that she has been a part of my life and has helped me get through all of life's problems. I wouldn't trade her for the world and if you have the chance or need her, there's nobody else I would recommend. Thank you beyond a million hearts Amy. I mean every word from the bottom of my heart. My gratitude could never be expressed with words.

Amy was very helpful and kept me well informed. She helped me terminated my guardianship. Since last year 2014 in July I have been my own guardian and it feels good. She helped me get out of a guardianship I did not want to be in. I am loving life and I thank Amy for it. She is an amazing Attorney. And I recommend her to anyone. To this day she still gives me advice. I thank you Amy for everything you have done for me! I am glad I had you as my Attorney!

Amy has been our family estate planning attorney for over 15 years. We have consistently gone back to her for updates and advice, and she has been great about suggesting different things we need to think about as our kids have gotten older. We trust her and know she has our best interests at heart, and don't hesitate to call her when we have questions. She is part of our team and we would definitely recommend her to others!
