Lack of communication with clients
“Nobody from this law firm ever tried to contact my son in advance to talk to him about the wreck, nor did they contact him to explain how the court system works.”

Inadequate investigation of the case
“They did not ask the truck driver or his supposed witness why neither of them called 911 to report the accident. The police photos were not used in court. This law firm did nothing to prove the truck driver responsible for the wreck.”
