Richard is very knowledgeable, and his professionalism is beyond reproach. His staff was always quick to respond whether it was a phone call or email. They helped with a difficult time in my life, and not once seemed pushy. Other lawyers will rack up the billable hours and quick to ask for another retainer, but Richard and Mele were fair and always honest with me.

Wonderful incredible and very satisfactory experience with Seaton Law Offices, LLP they are a great firm, since The firm took my case already advanced always willing Richard and his entire team, extremely professional compared to the other firms in the surroundings, immersed in a deep situation of attorney at attorney, they didn't want to take my advanced case because it was a military divorce Richard did it right away without hesitation and since it happened I remember even breathed differently, I had a very bad experience with, Caffey Johnson and Ingels PA Miranda Johnson, Richard makes his position very clear and defends you, defends your interests and does not side with the soldier to look good, there are many corrupt lawyers around Mahatthan, fort Riley ( even in to the base lawyers only show an interest in the soldier ) Topeka, and the surroundings only decent lawyers are counted , Seaton Law Offices, LLP is one of those most professional firms which has left me with a pleasant experience, decent but above all with a lot of empathy to be able to solve your case in the best possible way, they will always ask you what you want, how you want it, what you expect, how do you feel , know if the objectives are achievable. After dealing a stormy divorce for almost a year and a half of lawsuits, Richard and his team finally made everything possible. Thank you soo much to make everything possible, it's soo wonderful to feel this is the end. The peace of mind of knowing you are out of that toxic environment like a divorce is priceless… I can't describe in words how amazing it is, thanks for bringing that back to me peace of mind to a great start. If I could give this place zero starts I would but I had to click something to make this review. I was told by the courthouse that I’d need to contact an attorney to find out what papers I needed to file. I called this place and a lady answered the phone very aggressively. I told her what I was calling for and she said “we’re not going to give that answer to you” and when I asked who to contact to figure out what papers I needed, she hung up on me. So if you’re looking for answers, this is not the place. They want you to retain a lawyer and spends thousands instead of answering one question. 🙃

Richard was very knowledgeable in the areas we hired him for. Whether it was through emails, phone calls, or at in person appointments, he was always able to answer our questions and was 100% honest. We knew the battle from the beginning as Richard didn't sugar coat anything. The justice system can be frustrating and it isn't always the lawyers fault, there are many factors at play in any situation. I will always appreciate everything that Richard and his team did for my family and highly recommend their services!
