Please read this post before using this legal service. If you have never used a lawyer before this information is important to saving your money. His office aids are very disrespectful. They will lie and say he is unavailable when he is sitting in his back office. Richard does not value your time as a client he will be late to meetings and miss filing motions that will be costly to you receiving a fair outcome. He will tell you to speak on your own behalf in court which is not what you are paying him to do for yourself. He will brag about owning a firearm and place his firearm on his desk as form of intimidation. If you are a person of color I would highly urge you not to use his services. If you are looking for a good lawyer for anything pertaining to divorce affairs I would recommend Miranda Johnson. She crushed Richard in court. If you move forward with his services you will not be able to say you haven’t been warned if you viewed this review.

The staff is professional, yet they feel like family. There's no other attorney that l could recommend that is anywhere near the caliber of Bobby Hiebert. I'd rather have no one, other than him, by my side, to go into battle in the courtroom with. A true scholar and a gentleman!

This man is a joke he does nothing for you if he is appointed to be your attorney. If you are unlucky enough to get this a man as an attorney I suggest you fire him and request a new one cuz he will do nothing to help you

Richard and all of his staff has been very helpful and thorough through my case. Answers any questions I have in a timely and efficient manner. He is very open, direct and to the point which is exactly what I needed.

Mr. Seaton and his staff were always helpful, knowledgable and answered any questions I had. I was very happy with the job his team did and the result in my case. Not only that, it was always a welcoming atmosphere and pleasant conversations which made a horrible ordeal a little easier.

Worst attorney I ever hired. I got screwwed in a custody battle 6 years ago and have been supervised ever since. This man said he would help and told me what to do to be unsupervised. I completed what I needed 4 years ago. From then on he gave me the run around on why he can't help me. I've been emailing him for the past YEAR and called as well. He keeps ignoring me but he was sure happy to take my money and screw me over. 6 years later I can't even see my child of no fault of my own. The mother keeps him from me and I only have a 15 minute call with him every week. Again, this man is useless. DON'T HIRE HIM.

If you want an attorney who only works until noon and then thinks you’re insulting them when you’re asking questions that you want answers to (while paying for those emails) then this is the attorney for you. Richard could care less about his clients and the situations that they are in. BEWARE before hiring this firm to represent you.

Trying to meet with my attorney like I was told to do but the receiptist who is not Jessica was hasty and rude to a customer. And hung up the phone while I was still on the line .
