The firm came highly recommended by a close friend who had a similar legal issue as I was facing, and had their charges dismissed. Although my situation was more severe, Tom, Logan, and their team, treated me with the utmost respect and compassion. They responded quickly to every concern I had, and went out of their way to make me feel as though they had as much to lose as I had, if they didn’t fight as hard as they did. They succeeded in getting me the best outcome possible for my situation and their fees were more than fair. I just wanted to leave a review for Addair Law, specifically Kyli. She has been so helpful with an issue I’ve had in Hiawatha Kansas, where I was essentially pulled over in my driveway for expired registration that I got renewed hours later online, but during the stop I also got my car searched for “no reason” (as stated by the officer) and was written a false ticket for not having insurance when I had insurance the entire time. I contacted their office for advice and to see if I should have someone appear with me, or what we could do. She was automatically sympathetic and helpful right off the bat, and contacted the court for me right away to try to figure things out. I will be forever appreciative of this firms willingness to help right away and will be going to them if I ever have any other legal troubles! For me personally, it means the world that you were willing to help me Kyli!

I would very highly recommend Addair Law. This law firm along with attorney Logan did an outstanding job. I was charged and arrested on 5 bogus charges by Grandview Plaza P.D. and they got all charges dismissed without me setting foot in a courtroom. I pled no contest to the one charge I had already admitted to committing (open container). So if you need a law firm that will get the job done then give them a call.

I thought that I would be in good hands with this firm considering the amount of money I spent, but that couldn’t be any further from the truth. Communication with them is next to impossible. Whenever I would reach out regarding a pressing matter, be it through phone or email, I wouldn’t get a response for weeks, or sometimes up to over month later. When I would finally get an answer, it would be at the very last moment possible, which was incredibly frustrating and stressful. On top of the major communication failures, I feel like my lawyer never really went up to bat for me and produced an end result of what I could’ve gotten from the cheapest lawyer I could find, or perhaps no lawyer at all. I hope to help spare someone from what I went through. Unless you have an infinite amount of money you want to throw away and don’t care about the outcome of your case, I would look elsewhere for representation.

Addair Law personnel were kind, friendly and very helpful. They are professional and know how to deal with your needs. They are quick to respond.

I don't like doing this but I feel others should be aware before spending thousands of dollars with this firm. We had issue after issue after issue with Addair Law. Minutes after our consultation phone call I paid the $5,000 retainer fee and received a confirmation number. I called the law firm within 5 business days to get a status update because I had not heard anything and our need was rather urgent. They had not done anything because they claimed they had not received the retainer fee payment. Needless to say, they did have it, it was overlooked. This was just the very start. Jason told us the day we had court he would get in contact with the opposing side asap to get some answers. Again, a week later, I called to get an update and he had not contacted anyone yet. A few more days passed and they reached out to me to get a good email address for the opposing side. He ended up emailing her but did not receive any response so he said things were at a stand still. I demanded a phone call or two be made including a voice-mail left if there was no answer. Why wouldn't a good attorney pick the phone up and make several attempts to make contact before we as the customer had to make that suggestion. A few more issues took place including not being sent our refund when were told it would be mailed because their office staff had been out sick. I felt like we repeatedly had to call the office and muddle thru this process. Very pricey firm with poor performance all the way around.

Absolutely outstanding law firm! Overall the professionalism of the entire team is amazing and they work extremely quick. I worked with them while living out of state and the resolved my issue better than I had dreamed. I can not recommend this team higher.

Jason Oxford is incredibly brilliant, kind, caring, and compassionate. He is thorough, explains things well, and responds promptly to questions and concerns. We are so grateful for the team at Addair Law.
