I just watched Charles in a murder preliminary hearing this morning and impressed is an understatement. He is a born litigator and just carries himself with confidence, which makes all difference in the world. He is by far the best that I have seen in a long time. I would like to add that I work for the pretrial program so see many attorneys come through.

I was faced with several felonies and Charles took time to explain to me all of my options, possible defenses, trial strategies, etc. I ended up choosing to go to trial and was acquitted. Absolute best attorney in the area.

He never once tried talking to me about my cases when court came he just told me how and what I needed to plea. Horrible at communicating. Never responds to emails or calls and I know many others have said they have had the same issues!

Charles just represented my elderly mother in a case where she was accused of being at fault in a traffic accident. Within one hearing he argued and the whole case was tossed and my mom got an apology. He works magic in the courtroom.

Just represented me in a child support modification. We won and the discovery that he drafted and served was brilliant and led to fair results. Great communication, smart man.

Charles just represented me in a case where I was accused of some very ridiculous things. Seeing him in action is like a movie. He blows every other attorney out of the water. He’s a big dude and he dresses like he is prestigious. He demands respect and is very intimidating yet brilliant and that’s exactly what you need in an attorney. Needless to say my case was dismissed. Hire Charles if you need representation on anything.

Reading the two negative reviews on here is insane. I work in the court system and see Charles in action on so many occasions. He is professional, he is intelligent, he is quick minded, he can articulate and recite case law like it is forever stored in his mind. I hear so many times, "Please appoint Charles Lindberg to my case." or " I would like to hold off on being appointed someone because I want to hire Charles Lindberg." He is the best attorney in the county at responding to emails, at communicating with his clients, about being realistic with them, honest and direct, and does not make false promises. I have seen hundreds of attorneys go through the courtrooms and if I ever needed an attorney, Charles would be my first call without hesitation.

Charles lindberg does not fight for the client or challenge the issues the current system has but rather accepts it as is and too bad for you. For instance charles lindberg acknowledged Monique the animal service manager for salina animal services is " petty and will send her officer to stay outside your house waiting for the dog to get out. Meanwhile another animal is out and nothing is done about it. " however he does nothing to fix this issue. Further I specifically asked if jail time was part of my ticket and he said no. I was under the understanding I was going to the arraignment on my court date and charles would speak with the city posecutor on my behalf at the time. I arrived and charles was not there. I was not sure he was going to show up. He was more than 30 minutes late for my court date. Turned out he had met with the city prosecutor outside of my court date and had already negotiated terms. Charles stated " this is how the city makes money. Judge Stoss will find something to charge you with no matter what" he did not fight for me, he did not push or challenge anything. He basically acknowledged this was just to make the city money and did not matter if I was at fault. I was in another state on the dates of these tickets, so I was not even in the state let alone the town and I was held responsible for something that happened because Charles just accepts the status quo and is part of the systemic problem. I do not recommend this lawyer. He will not inform you and he will just take your case and do a side deal with the city prosecutor without telling you and them catch you off guard on your court date .

Charles and Amber are both outstanding. They treat you like a person, not a paycheck and are just really awesome at what you do. Charles represents me in a CINC case that was open as a result of faulty work on the county attorneys end and he’s not afraid to speak up when something isn’t adding up. I recommend Charles to anyone. I don’t trust people easily and he and Amber both are the kind that can actually restore someone’s hope in humanity given how messed up this world is. Especially in courtrooms given what I went through.

I have hired Charles on several different matters. The ONE negative review on here is ridiculous. There was a significant backstory to all of the allegations, and I took the time to look into it. There was never a charge of anyone embezzeling money, yet clearly appears to be a politically motivated incident after Charles had annouces his bid for county attorney. I called multiple sources including law enforcement to do my research, which confirmed that Charles and his family were targeted. Charles is a bulldog in the courtroom. He is the kind of attorney that you see on TV. For anyone looking for a criminal defense attorney, I would highly recommend him. He has an enormous presence in the courtroom, takes the time to explain everything step by step to his clients, and always comes through.

This review is for attorney Charles Lindberg. Charles has represented me and instructed me on several criminal and civil matters over the past year. His legal representation, espically in criminal legal matters has produced results that I've been more than happy with. I've seen first hand Charles' cross examination, making even the most conservative individual scratch their head with reasonable doubt. I'm currently preparing for an up coming jury trial, and Charles is my first choice for representation. Further, Charles has teamed with his wife Amber, for very easy communication at almost any regular business hour. I've never had any problem getting an important message to Charles through Amber at a moments notice. This has been very convenient. This attorney legal review is well deserving of 5 stars out of 5 stars. Charles has the know how, the dedication, the motivation, and drive to present your legal case in the best light possible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
