Had a case dealing with a group of teenagers and a car. My husband was hurt and, of course, none of them had insurance. Restitution was not happening through the courts so David came up with a solution for us to have some kind of monetary reimbursement to compensate for the bills coming in and for my husband's pain and suffering.
