Working with Adams Cross, LLC was a wonderful experience from start to finish. From being greeted with a smile at the door each time I came in, to being able to know that my case was in hardworking and trustworthy hands, they impressed me each time. They truly wanted what was best for me and helped me feel like I was taken care of after a bad situation. I was rear ended twice in 2018. Both insurance companies were an absolute nightmare to deal with. Ended up with post-concussion syndrome that took two years to heal from, with lingering long-term effects. I never would have gotten through any of that mess without Jordan and David’s help. They got me connected to a concussion specialist when my doctor was unable to treat me properly. They successfully strong-armed the other insurance companies into covering my out-of-pocket costs. It took three and a half years to settle it all, they never once gave up or backed down. I can’t recommend Adams Cross enough!!

I’m not sure what to say exactly, because I’m not happy with the results of my case. I’m having to do exactly what I said in the beginning I didn’t want to do. I know it’s what’s recommended, but I also know this experience has taught me not to cooperate with the police again. I got no ticket or put in jail and no warning I was going to be charged for anything, but I got a warrant for my arrest. They say honesty is the best policy, well not from where I’m sitting it’s not. I guess it is what it is.
