Still took my money ($1,500) after charging me a $50 consultation fee. What Zach failed to mention during the consultation is that all new DACA cases are on hold until 2025, so he knowingly took my money in 2022 and told me that the estimated time would be around 6 months, without mentioning to me that my case wouldn't even begin to possibly be processed until 2025. I find this fraudulent and unacceptable behavior from an attorney. He gave me hope that my case was promising and that he could help me. Don't use Zach if trust and transparency is an important aspect of choosing a lawyer for you. I am out $1,500 and no closer to my case being processed. It should also be mentioned that Zach dilly dallied processing the paperwork and must have sent it to the wrong processing center and didn't realize until a month later. (He also didn't let me take home any of the information he wrote down during the paid consultation, or put the $50 towards his fees later on.) - Mario A. Rodriguez

Honest fast and reliable

The experience with Roberson Law office was good. The office staff are competent, attentive and available.
