I have had Mrs. Walsh represent me twice for my divorce. I was extremely pleased with her personal approach dealing with me as her client. In court she is professional and did a good job of representing my interests. I would recommend Mrs. Walsh to anyone that wants an attorney who is personable and easy to deal with, but very good at getting the job done and done in the best interests of the client.

I was exploring the site because I am looking for help on restoring my firearms rights. I was previously a felon from 20 years ago and a few years ago received a full pardon and expungement. However, the NICS site still denied me. So on there site is an electronic inquiry which I filled out with all of my information. This man writes me and say I need a flat fee of $500 to see what your status is and then go from there. So I write back and say “no consultation” He wrote me back the rudest email: On Thursday, April 16, 2020, 2:14 PM, Richard Martin <rmartin@kc-attorney.com> wrote: There will have to be a consultation in order to obtain the information we need in order to determine your rights. If you are asking whether we work for free, no we don't do that. Our time is reserved exclusively for those who value it. I really can’t believe he wouldn’t even take the time to talk to me about my situation to see if he can help. He wants $500 just to speak to me?

Beth Walsh was my attorney for a divorce. She stayed on top of things, would keep me informed and make me aware of different outcomes there could be. Divorce is a horrible process, no matter if you are giving or receiving it against your will. Beth helped me navigate this horribly painful time, and keeping me rational, on-track. She calmed me down with reason when I became emotional. She has trial experience with many judges, and has a great feel on how they will rule when the lottery assigns you one. Her advice kept me from going down roads that would waste time and money by facing trial many times. She is an advocate for negotiation and compromise whenever possible. Beth really tries to follow guidelines and negotiate any items that are contested. Her billing for service is fair, and accurate. The other parties attorney had used over 2k more than Beth needed or billed when all was said and done, as she is really on your side not allowing things to escalate into a personal battle. She will not contact you unless it is really important. She also has a great positive energy, and is genuinely friendly. I recommend highly if you ever are unlucky enough to find yourself here.

Going through a divorce was one of the most devastating and hardest moment in my life.
