If you own a business you need to know Mike Dreiling. Not only does he know all things business but he also has a tax/accounting degree and can help you straighten out your tax issues. Highly recommend Mike if you need contracts or need a contract reviewed. Or for trusts, estates businesses etc.

Michael is fantastic at putting complicated things in real simple terms to understand. We recently had him revise our client contracts and paperwork and I really like how he uses words the average person can understand. He helped us to create a process that makes great sense and puts less risk on us as a business. He is a great guy to deal with.

We were doing our taxes and payroll in house and found out my business partner had not been doing her job. This led us down a long process with the IRS and over 100k in owed taxes and penalties. Mike was stellar at helping with the process. Bottom line he kept us in business and out of bankruptcy. Couldn't more highly recommend him. He even answers his emails and phone!!

During the past 2 years Mike has guided me through probate, my estate planning and fought the maze of tax returns. He's done all efficiently, with kindness and great compassion. I appreciate the ease of conducting much of this work by email, reserving face to face meetings for signatures and also appreciate knowing that his turn around time is fast.
