One of the biggest mistake I ever made was to believe that I could read a book and know how to file my own patent. My results were filled with gloom, despare and agony, and I didn't know what to do. I believed in my invention and didn't want to lose it. I contacted at least a dozen patent attorneys for help, but not a single one would speak with me because I did my own filing. As this was my first go round with the patent process I look into several law firms before deciding on Dale. I felt that I had done my research and was pleased with my choice. However, he far exceeded my expectations. Not only does he make himself available for questions but he counseled me on the best approach to securing my patent.
