Mr.Wellman is absolutely wonderful ! He helped me with my bankruptcy and was very patient and supportive of me and everything I was going through . He always responded to me and communicated well . He never treated me like he was too busy like some attorneys do . One of the biggest things I’m grateful for was his ability to communicate and clarify things in a way where I could understand . After paying Mark Jeffers nearly 10k for my child custody case and having the case go almost a year with him as my attorney, he decided to withdraw as my attorney at the most crucial point in my case because it was not going perfectly. He made my image in front of the judge worse by withdrawing and left me to spend several thousand more to retain a new attorney. Both my child and myself have suffered additionally because of him and i would highly suggest that anyone that values their time, money and custody of their child never consider hiring Mark Jeffers as their counsel.

Keith Wellman is my lawyer at the time. He did great. I got out of my debt of payday loans and hospital bills. I'm on disability and I ONLY make so much money per month. The payday loans wanted me to pay more every month and I can NOT afford that on SSDI. He is the best lawyer. I would prefer him to anybody if you are filing for chapter 13. I pay so little of money to him now. I was paying over $300 dollars per month to my payday loans here in Kansas.

Absolutely horrible! Mr. Wellman convinced me, as he worked on my bankruptcy case that he was confident that he could also handle my family law case and not to hire a family lawyer. He lost my family law case. Didn’t make my bankruptcy payments with the money I gave him. I woke up this morning to someone trying to repo car. Mr. Wellman never returned my calls or emails. I have filed a complaint with the Kansas attorney general’s office

Mark is a respectable and well known attorney in the local justice system with a lot of experience dealing in family law and other areas of practice that I am less familiar with. Mark has been representing me in an ongoing custody/co-parenting case for the past two years and worked hard to establish a parenting plan that is fair for both parties and develop a co-parent relationship that respects the rights of both parents. It has not been an easy or short case but he has been handling it very well and with good communication. He consistently offers sound advise regarding my case and provides services at a very reasonable rate, in an efficient manor. He is good at explaining his reasoning when I have questions and always receptive to my own opinions. I trust Mark to have me and my son's best interests in mind, while also upholding a moral and just obligation to the law. I would highly recommend Mark as a family law attorney.

I have been trying to adopt my step daughter since she was a baby, and it was a tireless process until we met Mark. He walked us through step by step and finally made us a family. I am so greatful for Mark and his assistance with our adoption!
