I cannot recommend this place enough. As a CDL driver, I recieved a ticket for 21 over, which would end my career. Josh Zarse was able to lower it to a non moving headlight violation. Not only did it save my job, but I heard back almost immediately.
All of the other law firms I contacted had told me that they couldn't help, and that Kansas is a non negotiable state for cdl drivers. Josh was able to prove them wrong! 5/5 I would recommend him to anyone.

From beginning to end Josh at Gigstad Law was professional, punctual and well experienced. He explained each step along the way while promptly answering any questions that I had. I received a ticket for 20+ over the posted limit and without anything other then sending my info, ticket info and a few brief txt messages was able to get it reduced to a fine for illegal parking! I couldn’t have been any more pleased with Josh’s performance or the courts decision. I already have and will continue to recommend Josh and gigstad law to anyone I hear could use some help like I did

Josh with the Gigstad law office was excellent to work with. He sent me updates promptly and handled everything so I didn’t even need to appear in court. I was so nervous over everything but he really put my mind at ease and handled everything incredibly well. If I could rate him alone, I would give him a 10/10. I plan on recommending him to family, friends and colleagues.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Mr. Gigstad. He was very responsive anytime I contacted him and was able to answer all of my questions regarding my case. Mr. Gigstad kept me informed for the entire duration, which is a different experience that what I’ve had with other attorneys.
