I feel that anytime I needed to reach you I could and knew even if I had left a message it would be returned quickly. Parmele was always on top of things and helped me through every process of my case.

I had the pleasure of having Helen White represent me for a custody case. I was extremely pleased with her etiquette and professionalism. She always replied to my emails and calls. I can't tell you how much it means to have someone go to bat for you and listen to you while you are in pain. Thank you so much!!!

I had an initial consultation on October 30th, 2019. It ended up costing $200, and then Antony Jones expressed that he would need a $2,800 retainer to get this moving. I was extremely adamant about getting my case handled before January 1st. He pulled the money out, and I waited, until November 26th when I sent an email. No response. So, I send another email on December 6th telling him if this is the way we were working, we need to just refund the money. He responded with an email apology and stated he was working on it. It is now January 7th and I had to reach out to see why they pulled another $300 out in November when they already had the retainer and no work done. He sent me the invoice with five bogus "meetings"" outlined. I've sent multiple emails inquiring where the refund is and I guess they just get lost in space. Antony Jones is worthless. Go somewhere else. Save your time and money and steer clear.

I have just started the process of obtaining benefits for disability, and I am very happy that they took my case! Everyone who has helped me through Parmele has been great! I was just informed that I should get my first decision from SSD in the next 6-8weeks. I can hope for the best but I know if I have to file an appeal, then Parmele will be right there ready to keep fighting with me.
