I received a ticket in a KS suburb, whose court is notorious for being extremely difficult to deal with. They were able to obtain a plea deal for me. It was all handled via email and phone!

Very quick to respond. Cost was very reasonable. Ticket was quickly dropped to a non moving violation, without any court appearances and resulted with no points added to my record. John Kitchin was very professional and always made sure to not just email me back to address any questions or concerns I had, he also followed that up with a phone call to ensure that I understood.
